As our new Fleet Operations Intern, you will get the opportunity to do hands-on projects and make an impactful contribution to the car-sharing ecosystem in Indonesia!
- Communicate closely with the hosts and professional fleet providers to ensure efficient deliveries.
- Review, monitor and analyze vehicle coordination efficiency and be able to propose a new plan and suggestion for cost-effectiveness.
- Investigate, manage and resolve fraud- and theft-related incidents.
- Supervise, coordinate and resolve late return issues
- Do End to End delivery for car to our customer
- Act as custodian oversight
Qualifications

- Graduate from Bachelor Degree in any field
- Have a passion in a tech or ecommerce company
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail
- A fast learner with a good analytical and planning skill
- Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Spreadsheets)
- Aptitude in problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Have impeccable work attitude and are willing to do whatever it takes to get stuff done
- An excellent driver and have a valid driving license (SIM A)
- Work well under pressure
