Job Description
As our new CRM & Data Intern, you will get the opportunity to do hands-on projects and make an impactful contribution to the car-sharing ecosystem in Indonesia!
- Execute CRM communication & campaign using CRM tools available
- Assist the CRM team with campaign design and analysis of data for both pre and post-campaign analysis
- Assist with regular updating of CRM communications & campaign in CRM tools
- Ensure practices and guidelines are followed for campaigns to implement growth strategies and improve communication channel performance
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Good logical thinking
- Proficiency in Excel
- Familiar with Python/SQL is a plus
