S1/D4/S2 graduate from a leading university/college in Indonesia with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from the following background/majority:
a. Technical Information
b. Information Technology System
c. Information Systems
Have experience working in the related area for at least one (1) year and have documented the system at least 4 (four) times.
Responsibilities
Responsible as L2 Engineer to ensure the whole FDS system running properly
Perform daily health checks and troubleshooting including service, network, and database
Perform software upgrade, data collection, data configuration, issue investigation, and testing with the internal system or surrounding third part system
Create automatic reporting from database
Preventive & corrective maintenance
Backup & restore
