What Will You Do? 

• Support the team to identify project needs and develop a detailed timeline for completion
• Assist in collecting the necessary information required to start projects
• Assist in developing methods of project initiation, execution and delivery
• Keep track of a project’s progress and ensure its completion before the deadline
• Create detailed reports and present to Project Management Team
• Support commercial team in verifying leads for Lummo’s merchants
• Coordinate and delegate tasks from Project Management Team 
• Implement changes to teams and processes as and when needed

What Does It Take? 

• Final year student/Fresh Graduate from any major
• Experience in managing projects and presenting to the upper level management
• Solid analytical skills, initiatives, and learning abilities in order to identify process gaps and improvements
• Detail-oriented and good business sense
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (especially Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets)
• Great communication skills to ensure effective communication with people at various levels
• Thorough and precise in handling a number of tasks at the same time
• Able to work and collaborate with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth  environment
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written
• Available for 3 months internship
