Working on designs related to company promotional and operational needs, corporate communication, social media, digital, and other internal materials need.
Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
Will working with social media platform such as Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and Zalo.
Participate in the establishment of ideas, teamwork/coordination, and execution.
Work with social media manager to make sure the contents are informationally accurate and visually appealing
Working with cross border team for any request of design material
Will handle 3 regions which are Indonesia, Vietnam and Singapore.
Qualifications
Competent in operating design support software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel draw, Lightroom, Sketch, etc)
Able to/experience working with a team, creative head, brand manager, and user.
Have good taste, good references, and able to create a design accord to its purpose.
Good personality and coordination skills.
Strong eye for color and layout skills
Able to work under pressure.
Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices
Basic photography/videography skill is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English
Willing to work from home/office and assist the team if need to go on a business trip.
