Operational Officer for FE has to ensure partner complaints are handled and resolved accurately and timely. This position also has to monitor stock availability and transaction performance for each partner & biller.
Area of Responsibility
Customer (Telco and Partner) Service Management (60%)
- Respond and resolve partner complains within the agreed SLA as stated in SOP
- Coordination and has good relationship with telco
- Reconcile and compile partner complains
Internal Coordination Management (40%)
- Perform proper shift handover to ensure all customers cases are covered
- Escalate issues to manager / leader / other department members whenever required
- Perform performance review with assigned reviewers
Position Requirements
- Bachelor/Diploma degree from any reputable university with any major
- Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in customer service
- Experienced in handling customer
- Experienced on ticketing tools will be a plus
- Understands about persona
- Customer oriented
- Problem solver
- Having friendly and easy-going character
- Proficient at Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Willingness to work during weekend and night shift
