- Build awareness of Breakthrough Program to external via marketing channels (Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, E-mail Marketing).
- Plan & manage discord community engagement activities.
- Monitor communications, brand voice guide, & materials of Breakthrough at all channels.
- Grow mentor inbound acquisition on Linkedin (such as create mentor exposure by making appreciation post & highlight on LinkedIn & Ig).
- Assist in build, manage, and measure community & company partnership.
- Contribute to research & make articles for comunity.
Requirements
- Final-year student/ fresh graduates from all major
- Interest in community engagement
- Excellent communication skill
- Excellent team collaboration skill
- Experience in community development & partnership is a plus
- Experience in handling social media (Instagram & LinkedIn) is a plus
